Most clients see smooth results lasting three to six weeks, depending on individual hair growth cycles and hormones. Regular waxing can extend intervals by producing finer regrowth; schedule maintenance appointments every four to six weeks for consistent results.

Ensure hair is about quarter-inch long, exfoliate gently 24–48 hours prior, avoid heavy moisturizers or tanning, and arrive clean. Inform your technician about medications or skin sensitivities to tailor the treatment and reduce irritation risk.

Mild redness and sensitivity are normal briefly. To reduce ingrown hairs, follow aftercare: exfoliate after 48 hours, moisturize with non-comedogenic lotion, and avoid tight clothing. If prone to ingrowns, ask about specialized post-care or treatments.

Hair should be approximately 1/4 inch (about the length of a grain of rice) to ensure the wax can grip properly. If hair is too short, wait a week; if too long, trimming slightly can improve comfort.

Generally safe in pregnancy, though sensitivity may increase; consult your care provider if uncertain. Disclose any medications, skin conditions, or blood-thinning treatments beforehand. We can adapt techniques or suggest alternatives for specific health concerns.
