Most Eyebrow threading sessions at Jina's take about 10–20 minutes from consultation to finish. Timing varies with hair density and shaping requests; first-time clients may need a few extra minutes for mapping and personalized shaping.

Temporary redness or mild swelling is common immediately after threading but typically subsides within a few hours. We use calming treatments and advise avoiding heat, heavy makeup, and direct sun for 24 hours to help skin recover quickly and comfortably.

Maintenance varies by hair growth; most clients return every 3–6 weeks to keep brows crisp. Thinner hair or slower growth may extend intervals, while rapid regrowth needs sooner visits. We’ll recommend a personalized schedule after your first shape.

Threading offers superior precision, removing single hairs for cleaner lines without chemicals. It’s gentler on sensitive skin, reduces breakage and ingrown hairs, and allows faster, more controlled shaping than waxing. However, personal preference and hair type may influence the best method.

Retinol and strong exfoliants increase skin sensitivity and risk of irritation. Stop using them at least 48–72 hours before your session, or follow your dermatologist’s advice. If you’re unsure, consult us during booking so we can tailor a safer approach.

Arrive with a clean, makeup-free brow area and avoid tweezing between appointments. Ideally hair should be about 2–3 mm long for best results. Avoid exfoliants or sunburn before your visit, and inform us of any skin treatments or allergies.
